TERMS OF SERVICE, cancellation, and refund policy:

  • I reserve the right to reschedule your chosen time slot, although I try my best not to. I also reserve the right to refuse service where I see fit.

  • Astrology Consultations are to be paid in full at the time of booking and check out, with no exceptions. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or would like to request a refund, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to our scheduled time slot at no cost.

  • Preparation: Preparing your chart for a quality reading takes several hours of time, on top of the hour long session that we meet for. This time cannot be provided to another client if I’m holding it for you on the given day we’ve chosen to work together. Thus, by not following through with our agreed upon time, you forfeit your payment and time slot. These term of service are mutually agreed upon when you purchase a reading. You have up to 15 minutes after your time slot to show up for your reading, but after that the slot is forfeited and you’ll need to reschedule to go forward.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations, rescheduling, showing up late (you’re given up to 15 minutes of courtesy to sign onto our zoom session after our agreed upon time slot or to contact me via Email to alert me to a change), or not showing up at all for your scheduled time slot voids your service, appointment time, and forfeits your payment.

  • Showing Up Late: I offer up to 15 minutes for you to arrive after your scheduled session time. If you show up 15 minutes late, we can proceed with the reading, but it will have 15 minutes cut off the hour run time. I cannot offer to extend past our agreed upon time.

  • Rescheduling: If you would like to reschedule an appointment that you’ve cancelled or did not show up on time for, you can rebook the reading through my site with a 75% off discount fee that I’ll provide when and if you reach out requesting one. You will not need to send all of your information again, since I will already have it on file and have prepared your chart in advance.

  • Birth Data: It is your responsibility to submit accurate birth data and to double check time zones! I work on EST and am clear about that through out our dialogue.
